Korea University Sejong Campus LINC 3.0 Foundation Conducts Educational Program on Food Tech and Customer Experience Strategies of the AI Era

Specialized Program for Human Resource Cultivation in the Food Sector of the Smart Convergence Biohealth ICC

 

On July 19, the LINC 3.0 Foundation ICC Comprehensive Center at Korea University Sejong Campus conducted an educational program titled ‘Food Tech and Customer Experience Strategies of the AI Era’ at the co-working space. This event was organized under the leadership of the Smart Convergence Biohealth ICC and the ICMC-Food Tech Business Convergence Support Center.

 

This program is part of a specialized initiative for human resource cultivation aimed at enhancing understanding of food tech, a promising future industry, and strengthening the competencies needed for students to enter related fields.

 

The program was attended by numerous participants, including employees from various companies, students and faculties from Korea University Sejong Campus, as well as students from other universities. The education consisted of lectures such as ‘IT Trends and Customer Experience Strategies of the AI Era’ by Professor Yoo Jaehyun and ‘Global Industry Trends and Food Tech’ by Professor Han Bokkyung.

 

Professor Yoo stated, "This education would be helpful in understanding the core technologies of food tech of the AI era and global industry trends. We will continue to promote the expansion of local-industry-university cooperation projects and operate excellent integrated human resource cultivation programs through customized specialized programs for the Smart Convergence Biohealth ICC.”

 

On a related note, the ICC Comprehensive Center at Korea University Sejong LINC 3.0 Foundation is carrying out various local-industry-university cooperation activities in three specialized ICCs. Among them, the Smart Convergence Biohealth ICC aims to establish a base for research and business research focused on next-generation personalized platforms integrating DS/AI, and is striving to lead in areas such as anti-aging, pharmaceuticals, functional foods, and smart city convergence technologies.
