
On November 28, the 9th "Proud KU Sejong Award" ceremony was held as part of the 1st KUS Korea University Alumni Night event. This year's Class of 1984 Business Administration Alumni Association and Seo Youngho, the CEO of N.A.W.A were selected as the 9th award recipients.
The "Proud KU Sejong Award" is established to express gratitude to those who have greatly contributed to the development of Korea University Sejong Campus and the enhancement of its internal and external prestige.

The Class of 1984 Business Administration Alumni Association has sublimated their professors' love for students into love for juniors and has practiced exemplary love for their alma mater by establishing various funds for the development of the department and university. They established a scholarship fund in the name of Professor Jung Gyunhwa in 2018 and have been at the forefront of university development by providing 110 million won in scholarships to 99 current students to date.

Alumni Seo Youngho, Class of 2017 in Global Business Administration, started with the on-campus startup club N.A.W.A team and achieved outstanding results both domestically and internationally in a short period, growing into a representative young entrepreneur of South Korea.
Vice President Yang Jiwoon stated, "The continuous dedication and love for alma mater of both recipients serve as exemplary models for many alumni. We will actively support the activities of various alumni who lead the development of Sejong Campus in the future."
