The University Job Plus Center at Korea University Sejong Campus announced that it will operate the '2025 Interview PASS Program' from October 27 to November 14 to strengthen practical interview capabilities and enhance employment competitiveness for students preparing for job placement.

The program consists of real-time online interview seminars and one-on-one customized interview consulting, providing systematic support throughout the entire process from understanding evaluation criteria by recruitment type to conducting practical mock interviews.

The interview seminars will be held over six sessions covering disclosure of 2025 company-specific interview trends, proficient formulas by interview type, successful public enterprise interview case analysis, successful private enterprise interview case analysis, one-minute self-introduction and five basic question types of mastery, and perfect responses to interview question types.

Additionally, the interview consulting comprises experience scanning and interview script consulting, and one-on-one job competency mock interviews and feedback enabling participating students to prepare specific answers based on their own experiences and identify areas for improvement through multi-faceted evaluations by professional interviewers.

The University Job Plus Center stated, "This program will provide a practical opportunity to learn interview strategy development and type-specific response strategies through real-time online seminars, while strengthening actual interview response capabilities through individual consulting. We will continue to develop and operate high-quality online and offline programs that help improve students' employment capabilities."
