The grade processing schedule for the second semester of the 2025 academic year is announced as follows.

2. Important Notes
1) Course Evaluation Requirement
Students must complete the course evaluation before they can view their grades.
(Course evaluation system will be temporarily unavailable on December 29, 10:00–17:00.) If any discrepancies are found after checking grades, students must contact the course instructor during the correction period.
※ For students required to complete safety education
- If safety education is not completed at least two weeks before grade announcement, grade viewing will be restricted.
- If the safety education is completed during the grade announcement period, grades can be viewed from 11:00 AM on the next day (or Monday if completed on a weekend).

4) “I” (Incomplete) Grade Notice:
Grades marked as “I” will automatically be converted to an “F” after the correction period. Students must contact the instructor for correction before the deadline.
5) Retaken Courses Check:
Students should verify retaken courses under 「Portal>Course>Course Registration」
Any issues must be reported to the college administration office by December 12 (Fri).
6) Deletion of Retaken Courses:
After grade finalization, retaken courses will be automatically deleted. Final grades reflecting this deletion can be checked after 3:00 PM on January 8 (Thu).
7) Notice on Improper Requests Regarding Grades:
According to Articles 5–7 of the 「Improper Solicitation and Graft Act」 , requesting grade changes without grading errors constitutes improper solicitation. If an instructor receives two or more such requests, they are required to report the case to the university. Therefore, students are strongly advised not to request grade changes unless there is a clear grading error.
