This notice provides information regarding the cancellation of courses for the 2025 Winter Session at the Sejong Campus, as well as course registration procedures for students affected by course cancellations.

 

1. Announcement of Cancelled Courses

A.    Courses that have been cancelled in accordance with the regulations on course cancellation are listed in the attached document.

B.    Students who registered for cancelled courses and wish to enroll in alternative courses must complete course registration on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, during the designated registration period for students affected by course cancellation. Tuition payment must be completed on the following day, Wednesday, December 10, 2025.

C.    Tuition fees for cancelled courses will be refunded to the bank account registered in the university portal.

 

2. Course Registration Schedule for Students Affected by Course Cancellation

(Strictly enforced)

A.    Course Registration: December 9, 2025 (Tue) 09:00 – 16:30

B.    Tuition Payment: December 10, 2025 (Wed) 09:00 – 23:00

 

3. Tuition Payment and Confirmation

A.    If tuition is not paid within the designated period, course registration will be automatically canceled, and late payment will not be accepted under any circumstances.

B.    Virtual Account Issuance: Access the Course Registration System: http://sugang.korea.ac.kr and click ‘Tuition Payment’ 

*  Virtual account details and tuition invoices can only be printed during the payment period.

(Unlike regular semesters, invoices must be printed through the course registration website, not the portal)

C.    Payment Method: Tuition must be paid via bank transfer or over-the-counter deposit to the assigned Hana Bank virtual account.

*  Credit card payment is not available for winter session tuition.

 

D.    Payment Confirmation

1)    Hana Bank Website: http://www.hanabank.com→ Login with certificate→ Public Payments → University Tuition→ Payment History (University: Korea University / Student ID: Virtual account / Student Name) 

2)    University Portal: http://portal.korea.ac.kr → Login → Info Depot→ Internet Certificate System→ Certificate → Tuition Payment Certificate→ Select year: 2025 → Proceed to payment (free) → Print
