ITS(International Town at Sejong)

International Exchange and Education Center runs ITS (International Town at Sejong) program under which the students live in a Hall of Truth dormitory room shared by three people including other exchange students. ITS has looked into the daily life-based learning program provided by global residence campus promoted by prominent US universities. The program enables participants to take part in one-to-one English-learning projects and various circle activities with overseas exchange students.

One-to-one English-learning Project with Foreign Roommates
  • Regular exchange in English between overseas and Korea University roommates
  • Roommate and overseas exchange student discuss to conduct an English program every month
  • One-to-one meeting takes four hours every week.
Group activities
  • Students taking part in ITS set up groups with overseas exchange students
  • Overseas exchange and Korea University students discuss to run group activities
  • Group activities take four hours every week.
Participation in ITS Steering Committee
  • Regular opening of the ITS Steering Committee and English debates
Other various cultural activities
  • Participation in appropriate traditional events during semesters when ITS program is offered (International Day, Halloween Day, Thanksgiving Day, Korean Culture Experience, etc.)
