* Korea University Sejong Campus educated 15 AI-based Security and Network Professionals for the government's 4th industrial revolution

<Korea University Sejong Campus Cyber Hacking Countermeasure Program Completed with Bright Futures for Young Adult Employment>

Korea University Sejong Campus held an 'AI-based Cyber Hacking Countermeasure Course' completion ceremony that was hosted by the Sejong HRD Committee of the Human Resource Development Center.

Held every Monday and Friday from May 20 for a total of 45 days, or 360 hours, this course was taught in a highly advanced manner regarding networks and systems by a professional lecturer. Also, this course had many programs that provided various practical exercises like security solutions, security programming projects, and more, which have been receiving great feedback. Students were comprised of standard non-employed individuals, Sejong Campus graduates-to-be, and graduates.

Those who completed the course can work as experts who understand the types and processes of cyber hacking, analyze them, and prepare countermeasures. These students are expected to be important assets in protecting data from outside threats to the corporations in Sejong City and nearby cities. Furthermore, 15 students who completed the course have the goal to be employed in jobs needing their expertise around Sejong/Daejeon within 3 months from now.

"Students who have completed the course from the Sejong Campus Joint Training Center for the first time will be assisting in the development of corporations in Sejong City. This coming September, there is another educational program for Automatic Driving SW Development. There will be many more programs to come to educate students to prepare for the future," revealed Kim Myungki, president of the Human Resource Development Center.
